Satellite Television Entertainment

Does StarBand work with DISH Network?
Yes. StarBand's 24 x 36 inch satellite dish antenna is capable of simultaneously delivering DISH Network programming to your TV and providing an always-on Internet service for your PC from the StarBand satellite. The StarBand satellite dish antenna will be available in a configuration that has two DISH Network satellite LNBF's on the dish antenna for satellite television reception. In addition, a third satellite LNBF for receiving Internet content and a StarBand satellite transmitter LNBF for transmitting to the Internet are included.

Is DISH Network programming required with StarBand service?
No. StarBand customers have the option to subscribe to DISH Network satellite programming, it is not required.

If a customer is an existing DISH Network customer, how do they upgrade to StarBand?
By replacing your DISH 500 with a StarBand system, you can receive the same programming from 110 and 119 as well as two-way satellite internet access. Simply run two additional coaxial cables from the dish antenna to the Super Satellite Modem and swap your old LNBF's for two new DISH Network LNBF's that are designed exclusively to work with the StarBand System. No additional modifications are required to the existing DISH Network receivers or wiring. Installation charges apply.
